Amphenol Names Craig Lampo as Chief Financial Officer
Amphenol Corporation announced that Craig A. Lampo has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer, taking over for Diana G. Reardon. Lampo has been with the company for more than 10 years as vice president and corporate controller. Prior to joining Amphenol, he spent 11 years at Arthur Andersen LLP and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. Reardon will assist in the transition, which will be completed over the next several months. After transitioning from the chief financial officer role, she will continue with Amphenol as a senior advisor.
Bel Fuse Names New Presidents of Bel Power and Bel Connectivity Solutions
Bel Fuse promoted Dennis Ackerman to president of Bel Power Solutions and Peter Bittner to president of Bel Connectivity Solutions. Ackerman guided the recent development and integration of Bel’s power business, most significantly since the acquisition of Power One last year. Bittner played a key role in the restructuring of Bel’s Cinch Connectors business in the United States, as well as in the integration of its sales and marketing team into the global Connectivity Solutions business, formerly Emerson Network Power Connectivity Solutions, which Bel also acquired last year.
C&M Names New VPs of Sales and Marketing, Business Development
C&M Corporation announced the appointment of Steven DeFrancesco to the position of vice president of sales and marketing. DeFrancesco joins C&M from Belden Inc., where he most recently served as vice president of corporate development. Rob Conway has assumed the position of vice president of business development, as which he will lead C&M’s business development and strategic growth strategies. Conway brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience to the position. Before joining C&M in 2012, he served as the executive vice president of sales for The Lapp Group.
