The company specializes in advanced hardware for extreme environments. Its high-reliability connector portfolios serve a wide range of applications that undergo high vibration, G-forces, and temperature or atmospheric extremes including military jets, satellites, and racing cars. The company’s industrial and embedded connectors have been integrated into a diverse array of applications, from EVs to commercial UAVs to medical systems.

The construction of Harwin’s £30M state-of-art manufacturing facility began in February and is scheduled for completion in 2026. The facility will double Harwin’s manufacturing capacity and uses novel design techniques, combined with renewable energy generation to minimize the building’s impact on the local environment.
