World sales of connectors reached $54.1 billion in 2016 with the Top 100 largest connector companies achieving sales of $50.5 billion (93.3% of world demand). The Top 10 had sales of $32.4 billion (59.8% of world demand). There are twenty-six connector companies based in North America ranked in the Top 100. TE Connectivity is the largest with world sales of $8.6 billion. There are thirty Top 100 ranked companies based in Europe. Rosenberger is the largest with sales of $1.0 billion. Japan has 18. Yazaki is the largest with sales of $2.6 billion. Asia Pacific has 21. Foxconn is the largest with sales of 2.5 billion. China has 5. Luxshare had sales of $1.5 billion.
